Following the release of U.S. weekly jobless claims for the week ended July 28 at 8:30 am ET Thursday, the greenback changed little against its major rivals.
The greenback was worth 1.1614 against the euro, 111.42 against the yen, 0.9948 against the franc and 1.3030 against the pound around 8:35 am ET.
