At 5.00 am ET Friday, Eurostat has released euro area final inflation for July. The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 126.20 against the yen, 1.1355 against the franc, 1.1398 against the greenback and 0.9866 against the pound around 5:02 am ET.
