As expected, the Swiss National Bank maintained its interest rate on sight deposits at -0.75 percent and the target range for the three-month Libor between -1.25 percent and -0.25 percent.
Following the decision, the franc fell slightly against its major counterparts.
The franc was trading at 116.14 against the yen, 1.1306 against the euro, 0.9665 against the greenback and 1.2734 against the pound around 3:32 am ET.
