The US Census Bureau is due to release the retail sales data for February at 8:30 am ET Monday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback recovered against the franc and the euro, it fell against the yen and the pound.
The greenback was worth 1.1233 against the euro, 110.98 against the yen, 0.9952 against the franc and 1.3106 against the pound at 8:25 am ET.
