At 4:30 am ET Wednesday, U.K. CPI and PPI for March are due. Ahead of these data, the pound traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the pound held steady against the yen, it rose against the franc. Against the greenback and the euro, it fell.
The pound was worth 146.24 against the yen, 1.3160 against the franc, 0.8668 against the euro and 1.3056 against the greenback as of 4:25 am ET.
