At 2.00 am ET Wednesday, the Office for National Statistics has released UK consumer and producer prices for March. The pound changed little against its major rivals after these data.
The pound was trading at 1.2293 against the greenback, 132.24 against the yen, 1.1922 against the franc and 0.8830 against the euro around 2.05 am ET.
