At 2.00 am ET Thursday, the Office for National Statistics has released quarterly and monthly UK GDP estimates and foreign trade data. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.

The pound was trading at 1.3185 against the greenback, 138.76 against the yen, 1.2089 against the franc and 0.8923 against the euro around 2:02 am ET.
