Canada consumer inflation for May is due at 8:30 am ET Wednesday. Ahead of the data, the loonie traded mixed against its major counterparts. While it fell against the aussie and the yen, it rose against the euro and the dollar.
The loonie was worth 1.4762 against the euro, 90.21 against the yen, 0.9390 against the aussie and 1.2176 against the greenback as of 8:25 am ET.
