Frankfurt’s DAX 40 slipped 0.5% to trade below 25,300 on Tuesday, pulling back from the four-month highs reached in the previous session and moving broadly in line with other major European indices. Risk sentiment weakened as earlier optimism over a possible US–Iran agreement faded, while renewed attacks pushed oil prices higher. The situation escalated overnight amid reports of explosions in southern Iran.
