Not much different from other cryptocurrencies such as Solana, Filecoin also has almost similar conditions on its 4-hour chart where there is a Divergence between the Filecoin price movement and its Stochastic Oscillator indicator and its price movement which moves below the WMA (21), which has a sharp downward slope, so that based on these facts, Filecoin has the potential to weaken down, where the level of 2.317 has the potential to be tested to be broken and close below it. If it is successful, then Filecoin will continue its weakening to the level of 2.197 as its main target and if the volatility and momentum of the weakening are strong enough, then 2.043 will be the next target to be aimed at but with the condition of the Stochastic Oscillator indicator which is already at the Oversold area level, then there is potential for a strengthening correction but as long as the strengthening correction does not break and close above 2.778 then Filecoin will continue its weakening.
