At 7:00 am ET Tuesday, the pound fell to a 1-week low of 1.5168 against the dollar, a depreciation of 0.40%, compared to yesterday's close of 1.5229. The pound-dollar pair is now trading at 1.5185 with 1.495 seen as the next downside target level.
