The Thai baht edged higher to 35.6050 against the US dollar during early deals on Thursday. This set the highest point for the baht since February 24, 2009. The next upside target level for the Thailand currency is seen around 35.55. The dollar-baht pair that closed Wednesday's New York deals at 35.7650 is worth 35.65 at 12:25 am ET.
