Reversing direction, the U.S. dollar climbed against its most major rivals in European deals on Friday.

The greenback advanced to 1.1304 against the euro, 0.9581 against the Swiss franc and 1.3110 against the pound, from its early lows of 1.1360 and 0.9538, and more than a 2-week low of 1.3185, respectively.

The greenback reversed from an early low of 1.2773 against the loonie, edging up to 1.2848.

The greenback extended early rally against the aussie, reaching an 11-day high of 0.7599. This may be compared to a low of 0.7691 hit at 6:00 pm ET.

The next possible resistance for the greenback is seen around 0.98 against the franc, 1.10 against the euro, 1.28 against the pound, 0.74 against the aussie and 1.30 against the loonie.
