At 2.00 am ET Thursday, Destatis has released Germany's final GDP report for the third quarter. After the data, the euro fell slightly against its major rivals.
The euro was worth 1.1825 against the greenback, 131.55 against the yen, 1.1614 against the franc and 0.8877 against the pound around 2:02 am ET.
