The U.K. house price index for May, CPI and PPI for June are due at 4:30 am ET Wednesday. Ahead of these data, the pound traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the pound rose against the euro, it dropped against the rest of major currencies.
The pound was worth 147.89 against the yen, 1.3114 against the franc, 0.8881 against the euro and 1.3093 against the greenback as of 4:25 am ET.
