At 5.00 am ET Friday, Eurostat has published euro area revised GDP data for the second quarter. The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 0.8963 against the pound, 118.17 against the yen, 1.0918 against the franc and 1.1039 against the greenback around 5:03 am ET.
