U.K final composite PMI data is due at 4.30 am ET Wednesday. The PMI score is seen at 53.3 in February, unchanged from flash estimate.
Ahead of the data, the pound retreated against its major rivals. The pound was worth 1.2785 against the greenback, 137.38 against the yen, 1.2205 against the franc and 0.8736 against the euro as of 4:25 am ET.
