Canada GDP data for January and industrial product price index for February are due at 8:30 am ET Tuesday. Ahead of the data, the loonie traded mixed against its major rivals. While the loonie held steady against the euro and the aussie, it fell against the greenback and the yen.
The loonie was worth 1.5605 against the euro, 0.8681 against the aussie, 1.4247 against the greenback and 76.11 against the yen at 8:25 am ET.
