Final factory Purchasing managers' survey data and unemployment from euro area are due on Wednesday, headlining a busy day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Destatis publishes Germany's retail sales figures for February. Sales are forecast to grow 0.1 percent on month, slower than the 0.9 percent rise in January.

At 3.50 am ET, France's final manufacturing PMI is due. Economists forecast the final score to match the flash estimate of 42.9.

At 3.55 am ET, Markit is scheduled to issue Germany's final PMI survey data for March. The final score is expected to fall to 45.5 versus the flash estimate of 45.7.

At 4.00 am ET, IHS Markit releases Eurozone final PMI data. The final factory PMI reading is seen at 44.6, down from the flash score of 44.8 in March.

At 4.30 am ET, UK CIPS/Markit final manufacturing PMI is due. The reading is seen at 47.0 in March compared to preliminary estimate of 48.0.

At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat is scheduled to issue euro area unemployment data. The jobless rate is seen unchanged at 7.4 percent in February.
