At 5.00 am ET Wednesday, Eurostat has released euro area final consumer prices for April. After the data, the euro changed little against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 117.78 against the yen, 1.0588 against the franc, 1.0942 against the greenback and 0.8939 against the pound around 5:03 am ET.
