Eurozone trade report for September, employment and GDP data for the third quarter are due at 5.00 am ET Friday. Ahead of the data, the euro held steady against its major rivals.
The euro was worth 124.14 against the yen, 1.0808 against the franc, 0.8979 against the pound and 1.1819 against the greenback as of 4:55 am ET.
