At 4.30 am ET Thursday, UK Markit/CIPS construction PMI data has been released. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.3928 against the greenback, 149.44 against the yen, 1.2859 against the franc and 0.8639 against the euro around 4:35 am ET.
