At 2.00 am ET Tuesday, the Office for National Statistics has released UK monthly GDP estimate, industrial output and external trade figures. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.3737 against the greenback, 150.67 against the yen, 1.2694 against the franc and 0.865 against the euro around 2.05 am ET.
