The resulting wave situation allows us to assume that despite such fall in price, the currency pair remained in the stage of forming the first generating waves in the composition of the future wave C. If this is so, the entire wave c, c, E, B will not take an even more complicated form. The currency pair can resume the growth of quotations at any time towards the level of 0.9700.
Targets for an upward wave option:
0.9555 - 127.2% by Fibonacci
0.9687 - 100.0% by Fibonacci
Targets for a downward wave option:
0.9388 - 161.8% by Fibonacci
General conclusions and trading recommendations:
The wave c, c, E, B has supposedly completed its construction. However, the lowering of quotations within the framework of this wave can still resume with the targets located near the estimated mark of 0.9388, which corresponds to 161.8% of Fibonacci, and lower. An unsuccessful attempt to break through the mark of 0.9439 led to the withdrawal of quotations from the reached minimum and the possible completion of the construction of wave B.
