Early in the American session, Bitcoin is trading around 41,404, bouncing after reaching 2/8 Murray's around 40,625. We hope that in the next few hours, Bitcoin will extend its rise and reach 3/8 Murray at 42,187. It could even reach the 200 EMA located at 43,000.
On January 12, Bitcoin fell below the 200 EMA. Since then, we have observed a decline in volatility and BTC entered a consolidation stage. Technically, we see that Bitcoin is showing signs of exhaustion as it has reached oversold levels. So, a technical rebound is likely to occur in the coming days and the token could reach 43,500.
The strong euphoria enabled it to reach the high of 48,983 but it could not settle above 6/8 Murray. Now we hope that there will be a recovery so that it can resume its bearish cycle.
If Bitcoin consolidates above 4/8 Murray at 43,750 in the coming days, this would be a positive signal in which we could resume the bullish cycle and BTC could reach 5/8 Murray at 45,300 and even 6/8 Murray around 46,875.
If Bitcoin falls below the psychological level of $40,000 in the coming days, it could be seen as a bearish signal and in the short term, it could reach $35,000. We should also keep an eye on the key 2/8 Murray point (40,600). Therefore, we could avoid buying if Bitcoin falls below this area.
