Turkey's Economic Confidence Index increased to 97.9 in August 2025, marking a five-month high, up from 96.3 in July. This improvement was seen across several sectors: consumer confidence rose to 84.3 from 83.5 in July; confidence among service providers climbed to 111.1 from 110.0; retailers saw an increase to 108.8 from 107.9; and manufacturers also experienced a rise, reaching 100.6 from 98.9. However, the construction sector faced a decline, with sentiment falling to 85.3 from 88.8.
