European equities edged lower on Monday, as the Stoxx 50 slipped 0.2% to 6,117 and the broader Stoxx 600 declined 0.3% to around 628, weighed down by renewed uncertainty over US trade policy. In contrast, home furnishings group Victoria PLC tumbled more than 12% after cautioning that fourth-quarter revenues would fall short of expectations.
