Producer price inflation in Finland continued to ease in March 2026, with the Producer Price Index (PPI) slowing to 2.6% year-over-year, down from 3.8% in February 2026. The latest data, updated on 24 April 2026, indicate a further moderation in cost pressures at the factory gate compared with a year earlier.
The figures reflect a continued deceleration in annual producer price growth: both the current and previous readings measure changes relative to the same month a year ago. While still positive, the weaker March print suggests that Finnish producers are facing a less steep rise in input and output prices than earlier in the year, a trend that could gradually filter through to consumer prices and corporate margins in the months ahead.
