Producer prices in Luxembourg fell by 6.3% year-on-year in March 2026, easing from a revised 6.8% decline in February. This was the eighth consecutive month of producer price deflation. Prices for intermediate goods continued to drop, though at a slower pace (-4.1% vs. -5.5% in February), while prices for capital goods remained unchanged at -9.2%.
In contrast, deflation in energy goods intensified, with prices falling 15.9% compared with a 13.1% decline in the previous month. Prices for consumer goods were stable after having decreased by 0.7% in February. On a monthly basis, producer prices rose 0.7% in March, following a 0.5% increase in the prior month.
