The Swiss National Bank is set to announce the outcome of its monetary policy meeting on Thursday.

At 3.00 am ET, Swiss foreign trade data is due for February. The trade surplus totaled CHF 4.77 billion in January.

At 4.30 am ET, the Swiss National Bank's monetary policy announcement is due. The SNB is expected to retain its policy rate and interest on sight deposits at the SNB at -0.75 percent.

At 5.00 am ET, industrial production and producer prices are due from Poland. Economists forecast output to grow 1.6 percent on year in February, following a 1.1 percent rise in January.

Poland's producer price inflation is seen at 0.3 percent in February versus 0.8 percent in January.

At 6.00 am ET, Eurostat is scheduled to issue euro area construction output data for January.
