However, the uptrend, while short-term, persists. Meanwhile, Theresa May managed to negotiate a customs union with the EU. It is expected that the UK will remain in it after Brexit. Unfortunately, there is no new data on the question of the Northern Ireland border, and this, we recall, remains the main stumbling block in the negotiations. Thus, by and large, it is still too early to talk about the successful outcome of the negotiations on Brexit. Although we note the obvious progress in the negotiations in recent weeks. The likelihood that the parties will still come to an agreement has increased significantly. There remains, however, one very important question. How will the public respond if May succeeds in reaching an agreement with the EU on her plan?
