Following the release of German factory orders and retail sales for November at 2:00 am ET Monday, the euro fell slightly against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 123.43 against the yen, 1.1236 against the franc, 0.8954 against the pound and 1.1415 against the greenback around 2:01 am ET.
