Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak on Wednesday said that as agreed with OPEC, Russia will cut its oil output by up to 300,000 barrels per day in the first half of 2017.
Novak told reporters that the country is ready to support the decision of OPEC and expects other non-members to join the deal by trimming their cumulative oil output by up to 300,000 bpd.
