The Canadian dollar spiked up further against major currencies during New York afternoon deals on Wednesday. After edging down 82.57 versus the Japanese yen and 1.3298 against the euro in early morning deals, the loonie reversed its direction and as of now trading near new multi-day highs of 83.21 and 1.3230, respectively.
Against its US counterpart, the loonie also traded higher and currently trading near 1.0274 from early low of 1.0335 today.
