Greek producer price inflation eased for the third consecutive month in July.

The producer price index, or PPI, rose 6.1% year-on-year in July, but slower than 6.5% in the previous month, the statistical office said on Friday. A year earlier, the PPI decreased 11%.

Producer price index for the domestic market grew 5.5% annually in July, while the price index for the non-domestic market increased 8.4%.

On a monthly basis, the PPI fell 1.1% in July, compared to a 0.8% rise in the previous month. At the same time, producer prices for the domestic market slipped 1.2 % and for the non-domestic market decreased 0.8%.
