Croatia's tourist arrivals increased 11.9% year-on-year in July, data released by the Central Bureau of Statistics said on Monday. Meanwhile, the number of overnight stays grew 5.2%.

The number of overnight stays made by foreign visitors increased 6.2%% in July, while overnight stays of domestic tourists decreased 4.7%. Foreign visitors accounted for 92.5% of overnight stays in July and domestic tourists accounted for 7.5%.

The highest number of overnight stays was realized by visitors from Germany, followed by Slovenia, Czech Republic and Austria, the statistical office said.
