  • Lithuania sold 35 million litas ($13 million) of short-term debt supplementing a paper maturing in May next year at an oversubscribed auction.
  • The average weighted yield on 245-day T-bills eased to 1.991 pct from 2.202 pct on August 23, when the government sold 80 million litas of the issue.
  • The bids totalled 119.8 million litas.
