In early trading on Tuesday, the US dollar declined against the Japanese yen. At about 1:55 am ET, the dollar-yen pair fell to a 4-day low of 90.91, compared to 90.65 hit late New York Monday. On the downside, 88.2 is seen as the next target level for the pair.
