In July 2025, new home prices in Canada decreased by 0.1% compared to the previous month. This marks the fourth consecutive monthly decline and falls short of market expectations, which anticipated a 0.1% increase. In particular, Ontario experienced a price drop of 0.2% and British Columbia saw a decline of 0.1%. Conversely, prices in Alberta remained unchanged, while Quebec witnessed a 0.3% rise in new home prices.
