Construction output in Armenia experienced a significant increase of 26.1% in July 2025 compared to the same month the previous year. This marks the highest growth rate since April 2021, following a 22.6% rise in June. Month-on-month, construction activity increased by 15.2%, which is a slight decrease from the 21.1% growth observed in June. For the January to July timeframe, overall construction output grew by 20.2% relative to the corresponding period of the previous year.
