The utilities sector displayed mixed performance; specifically, Axia declined 0.4%, whereas Sabesp rose by 0.3% following the approval of R$1.798 billion for interest on equity payouts. The banking sector saw positive trends with major institutions like Itaú and Bradesco rising by 0.3% and 0.2%, respectively. WEG and Embraer also saw notable advancements, both exceeding 1% gains. Conversely, Rede D'Or experienced a significant decline of over 8%, and Ambev fell by more than 5% due to the shares moving ex-dividend the previous day.
