In November 2025, new housing prices in Canada stabilized, marking an end to an eight-month sequence of declines. The previous month witnessed a 0.4% decrease. Concurrently, the land price index experienced a slight dip of 0.1%, after remaining steady in October. In contrast, the housing-only component saw a modest increase of 0.1%, recovering from a 0.6% fall in the prior month.
