US stock futures rose on Friday, extending the strong rebound from the prior session on optimism over an imminent US–Iran agreement and signs of intense speculative interest in SpaceX ahead of its IPO. Futures on the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, and Dow were all up more than 0.5%.

President Trump said the US was close to a deal that would gradually restore energy trade through the Strait of Hormuz, while Iranian officials also indicated an agreement was nearly finalized. Energy prices and bond yields retreated, easing financial conditions after recent data showed faster gains in both consumer and producer prices.

AI infrastructure stocks advanced in anticipation of the SpaceX IPO, which is set to raise $75 billion for new investments in data centers and computing capacity. Reports suggested the offering was more than four times oversubscribed. Nvidia and Amazon each gained about 1%, while JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs also traded higher, lending support to the financial sector.
