EURUSD is trading around 1.0734. In Ichimoku cloud terms trend is still bearish as price remains below the Kumo (cloud) in the 4 hour chart. Price recently bounced towards 1.0760 and tested the lower cloud boundary. So far we see rejection signs after the test. EURUSD is trading between the tenkan-sen (red line indicator) and the kijun-sen (yellow line indicator). Support by the kijun-sen is at 1.0728. Bulls do not want to see a 4 hour candle close below this level. The Chikou span (black line indicator) has crossed above the candlestick pattern (bullish) but as price falls, this indicator is falling too. In case price breaks below 1.0720 the Chikou span will turn bearish too. The picture is not 100% bearish, but EURUSD remains vulnerable to more downside as long as it trades below the cloud.
