The US dollar that strengthened against the European majors in early Asian deals on Wednesday pared some of its gains after 12:15 am ET. At present, the dollar is worth 1.0616 against the franc, 1.2601 against the euro and 1.5143 against the pound, compared to early highs of 1.0639, 1.2578 and 1.5116, respectively.
