The euro rose to a fresh multi-month high of 1.3106 against the dollar at 9:35 am ET Thursday and this level may be compared to 1.2993 hit at yesterday's close. At present, the euro-dollar pair is worth 1.3103 with 1.369 seen as the next upside target level.
