News:

  • The sovereign fund, state development bank BNDES and the National Treasury committed to buy about 2.8bn shares of the 4.27bn offered, Petrobras said
  • Brazilian state entities placed bids for 1.81bn voting shares, or 76 pct of the total, and 994.9mn preferred shares, about 66 pct of the volume
