Irish PM said on Friday, Ireland's government hopes to publish its four-year fiscal strategy by mid0November, in line with earlier plans.
The government wanted to delay publishing its austerity measures, until the by-election of an empty Parliament seat took place on Nov. 25, the Irish Times had reported.
