Mexico's lower house finance committee, agreed on a budget plan for 2011 on early Monday.
The panel has approved a 2.3 pct rise in spending by 3.438 tln pesos ($2.79 bln) in the 2011 budget compared with the 2010 budget approvals.
Mexican lawmakers are still confident that they will achieve deficit at 0.5 pct of GDP in 2011, compared with the 0.75 pct in 2010.
