• IMF mission chief said that Greece is broadly on track to meet the terms of a massive EU/IMF bailout.
• Poul Thomsen, IMF mission Chief said that Greece will get a third tranche of aid despite problems with tax collection and health spending.
• He said that Greece must focus on on structural reforms and shoring up public enterprises in 2011.
• Thomsen was confident that Greece was taking the right steps to regain market confidence and he added that the IMF would be there to help if it encountered problems.
• Thomsen reiterated the IMF's view that any short-term benefits of any debt restructuring would be outweighed by longer-term costs.
